Scope of Service: Hypnotherapy, like many of my other qualifications, is a self-regulating profession whose practitioners are not licensed by state governments. I am not a physician, licensed health care provider, or homeopath and may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuing medically prescribed treatments.
My Approach: The purpose of the techniques and services I offer is to help you gain more control over your behavior, emotions, or physical well-being. Hypnotherapy and Homeopathy have the potential to help relieve the symptoms of a wide variety of diseases and conditions. I like to enhance this outcome by combining them with other techniques. This variety of hypnotic and other techniques will be used depending upon what you want to accomplish, personal preference, and based on my guidance and experience. I usually make a recommendation regarding the best technique for your situation so that we can discuss it. My style is usually very direct so you may receive the greatest return from your investment in me.
Healing Tenets: Creating a common intention is important. Working with me means accepting our joint intention for self-healing. I have 7 tenets or beliefs about healing. I hold them as principal truths. They are not just positive healing affirmations. These have far greater meaning. When you proclaim these beliefs, your body begins to pave new connections that support the belief. More and more, as you create a consistent channel for healing, you will begin noticing shifts. Read about the Healing Tenets here.
Concern for the Individual: It is my obligation to act in your best interest. You have the right to have all services explained to you so that you have the information you feel necessary to make an informed choice about services. It is my responsibility to avoid both deliberate and careless disclosure of information regarding you. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
Integrity and Honesty: I strive to create a relationship of trust. I want you to count on me to care about you and care for you with expertise, honesty, ongoing commitment, and sensitivity. I respect you as an individual with unique circumstances and goals. You have the right to be told the truth. I avoid misrepresentation or nondisclosure. I keep secrets and commitments.
Stewardship: I am responsible for maintaining my education, credentials, training, and certifications as appropriate. I must also follow the ethics and code of conduct to represent myself and my profession in good standing. I am also responsible for continuing self-care as appropriate to ensure appropriate care for you and others.
Client Rights: If you desire a diagnosis or any other treatment from a different practitioner, you may seek such services anytime. If my services are terminated by you, you have the right to a coordinated transfer of services to another practitioner. You have the right to refuse any of my services at any time. You have the right to be free of physical, verbal, or sexual abuse, including the right to decline physical contact. You have the right to make choices affecting your life and welfare free of coercion, provided the choice does not cause significant harm to others. You have the right to know the expected duration of sessions and may assert any right without retaliation.
Cost of Services: My services cost $0-$250, with some services costing more based on a customized or package basis. I require a 24-hour cancellation notification to avoid additional fees. For the first cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of $25.00 will be charged. The fee for a full session will be charged for each subsequent cancellation within 24 hours.
Confidentiality: I will not release any information to anyone without your written authorization, except as provided for by law. You have the right to be allowed access to my written record about you. All client forms and notes are scanned and saved electronically on a secure, password-protected hard drive. Copy requests must be submitted in writing.
