The Bioscan is a core part of the Wellness Plan, and most members are excited to start here. This tool evaluates body systems critical to maintaining health. Through a personalized wellness consultation with Dr. Sandra, you will discover how to minimize toxic stress, fight inflammation, and improve areas of nutrition, emotional health, and sleep. Receive a plan of action to help you bring your body into balance using your FULL 16-20 page detailed report. Sessions last 60-90 minutes. Members are encouraged to rescan every 2-3 months or if a significant health challenge emerges.

The Bioscan can offer insight into the emotional factors influencing your health. Together, we can determine if a Mind Massage or Shift Session is appropriate to rewire your thinking, change your mindset, and align you with a common healing intention. These sessions can divert self-sabotage or any obstacle blocking you.  They create coherence between your programmed response to things in your life and your desired response, which is often more beneficial.   It’s called “massaging your mind” because you reveal your next best thinking, remember & enact resourceful ways to experience things, and reestablish momentum as you move into a more desirable state.  As you continue to repeat the process, new memories help create a new way of being and become the dominant resource your body seeks to respond to experiences in your life.
